​By receiving services at Kiki Nails, clients acknowledge and agree that all services are performed by trained professionals to the best of their ability. Kiki Nails is not liable for allergic reactions, injuries, or dissatisfaction due to improper aftercare or personal preferences.

Refund Policy - the basics

All services are non-refundable once completed. If you experience an issue, please notify us within 48 hours of your appointment. We may offer a complimentary correction at management’s discretion. No refunds will be issued for missed appointments, late cancellations, or changes in preference. Unopened products may be exchanged within 7 days with a valid receipt. Used or opened items are non-refundable due to health and safety regulations. All gift card purchases are final and non-refundable.
